were very clean and looked new. The staff were more than helpful and very professional, there was lots of promotional materials on the hotel and the building. Breakfasts served there were fantastic, with a wide selection of food and drinks. And the location was just spot on, just a few steps from Kensington Gardens and museums. We will be back to this hotel during our next stay in London soon, we have already booked the room!
