The building comprises 40 studios which are made up of single en suite, single with sharing facilities, spacious double and triple self-contained studios.

All studios have air-cooling units and include en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped and fitted kitchen (with the exception of the single shared studios which share a kitchen and bathroom with up to 2 other guests), colour TV and individual direct-dial telephone line.

On your arrival, all beds are made up. For stays longer than 7 nights, change of linen and towels are included in the price.

Within the building there is a well equipped laundry and ironing room. In addition to a guest lounge which hosts TV, we have a bright and sunny courtyard which offers a peaceful escape.

Full payment must be received (where appropriate) 6 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. Invoices paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge on all transactions including the deposit and alternatively if paying via the bank, please add £20.00 to cover bank charges.

For agents who are paying multi invoices at the same time to reduce the cost of the bank transfer fees, payment must be received 30 days maximum after receiving the invoice (for the deposit only or full balance where appropriate.
