For groups, we require the first nights accommodation prepaid as deposit. This is non-refundable. Any group cancellations must be made in writing 14 days before the arrival date of the group.

Cancellation conditions for special events:
Upto 8 weeks - no charge
6 - 8 weeks - 25% of invoice value
4-6 weeks - 50% of invoice value
Less than 4 weeks - 100% (credit will be given for any rooms sold)
