Reservations are only accepted and confirmed upon the full receipt of the Deposit.
The Deposit less any deduction will be refunded usually within 7 working days after the guest has checked out.
Full rent and cleaning fee will be paid upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
We will require written notice, a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival in order to cancel or change a confirmed booking. If notice is received more than 14 days prior to arrival the client will be refunded his full Deposit payment less a £50 administration charge. No Deposit money will be rfunded for notices that are received less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Any minor damage to the Studio Apartment and its contents caused by the Guest, or anyone in the flat with the permission of the Guest will be deducted from the deposit. Any substantial damage to the Studio Apartment, the building or their contents will be invoiced seperatley and must be paid by the Guest immediately.
Upon check out keys and doors fobs must be returned to the reception desk. If check out is after 11:00 additional hours be charged on a complete day basis. Un-returned keys will be charged at £150+VAT and deducted from the security deposit.
All credit card transactions are subject to 2.5% handling fee, including Deposits that are refunded to clients credit cards.

Politica di Cancellazione:
Sarà necessario un preavviso scritto, di minimo di 14 giorni prima della data di arrivo, al fine di annullare o modificare una prenotazione confermata.
Se la cancellazione viene ricevuta più di 14 giorni prima della data di arrivo il cliente sarà rimborsato del tutto. Al contrario, non sara rimborsato se lannullamento della prenotazione non perviene 14 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
Al momento del check out, le porte devono essere restituite alla reception.
