All flats have a video entry phone and electronic door locks.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than six weeks prior to arrival, your card will be charged at the time of booking for a non refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total accommodation costs.

For bookings made six weeks or less prior to arrival, your card will be charged in full, for the total accommodation costs, at the time of booking.

Please Note: A 3% surcharge will apply for all payments made by card.

Payment
For bookings made more than six weeks prior to arrival, the remaining 80% balance will be taken six weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made six weeks or less prior to arrival, the total accommodation costs will be payable at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
Acorn require £300 damage deposit upon check-in to our flats. Please note that this is not a debit on funds but rather is a
hold on funds from the credit/debit card provided. This is automatically removed following your departure, assuming no
damage is caused to flat, Acorn's terms and Conditions are not breached and all keys are returned as required. Please note
that smoking within the apartment is strictly prohibited and will incur supplementary cleaning costs and expenses equivalent to
one night's stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Janet Poole House Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival, all monies paid will be refunded less the 20% deposit taken at the time of booking.

For cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs will apply.

For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs will apply.

Wireless Internet Access
Wireless internet access is available whilst residing at Acorn apartments for a supplementary cost of £15.00 per device, or £5 per week if staying for longer than 1 month. Access can only be provided if the wireless network registration form is correctly completed and the relevant fee paid
